1. Booking & Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice to retain deposit value. No-shows result in immediate forfeiture of the deposit.

2. Creative Rights

All designs and recordings remain the intellectual property of Russell Cain IV unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed contract.

3. Studio Conduct

We maintain a clean, professional, and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
